Non-Invasive Micro-Surgery for Skin Defects & Anti-Ageing
If you have been considering surgery to treat drooping eyelids, scarring, pigmentation, skin tags, warts, wrinkles, lesions and keloids then PlasmAGE could be your answer to treatment without needing invasive surgery or anaesthetic!
WHAT IS PLASMAGE®?
PlasmAGE is a specially designed medical device used to treat common skin conditions without the need for invasive surgery or anaesthesia. By leveraging the phenomenon of Plasma, the PlasmAGE tool uses a small electric discharge that treats the affected area without actually touching the skin, making it non-ablative and relatively pain-free. Where previously patients have had to undergo drawn out and painful procedures to treat their skin concerns, PlasmAGE can be done in one session, with minimal recovery time and instantly visible results.
HOW IS IT ADMINISTERED?
The PlasmAGE device concentrates Plasma-based energy into the affected area without affecting any surrounding tissue making it a high-precision and targeted treatment. Similar to a laser device, the wand is slowly hovered above the areas of concern, letting off a tiny electrical discharge. Most patients report it feels like an elastic band hitting the skin, and does not feel painful. The process ‘evaporates’ the target tissue located in the epidermis, and does not at all affect the deeper layers of skin in the dermis meaning no inflammation. The impact areas may leave tiny scabs and redness which typically heal and subside within one week. In most cases, one treatment is enough! However, some patients may require 2 treatments depending on the severity of their skin concern.
