Our Weight Loss Program is designed to help you lose weight quickly and maintain your results long term by adopting a healthier lifestyle. We work with you to tailor the program to your specific goals, and each week you will meet with your doctor one-on-one to monitor your progress and help you keep on track with your weight loss.

During the program, you will be required to start a short-term, low-calorie diet in conjunction with a lifestyle program developed by our doctors. The program is designed to assist you in keeping weight off long-term and educate you on all that you need to maintain your new body and life.

We introduce you to ways of reducing those feelings of hunger that threaten to de-rail your attempts at weight loss. Based on the latest research, the aim of our program is to boost your metabolism while protecting muscle, to help you maintain your weight loss long after the program is completed.

What results can I expect?

The Ageless Weight Loss Program aims to reset your metabolism to a healthy level to help you burn fat quickly and keep it off long-term. Many patients also experience an increased sense of wellbeing, higher energy and improved sleep!

What does the treatment involve?

After a consultation with our doctor, a program will be tailored to your specific needs. Over the course of the next 3-6 weeks you will be required to eat a low-calorie diet and come into our clinic weekly. While normal calorie intake is resumed after the treatment period, our doctor will advise a long-term strategy for you to keep the weight off for good.

Will I be hungry?

A short-term, very low calorie diet may sound scary, but in conjunction with the Ageless Weight Loss Program you will most likely be surprised to feel no hunger pains. The Program acts as an appetite suppressor, encouraging your body to gain its nutrition needs from stored fat reserves.

How long does it take to work?

We have had many patients reporting a weight loss of 7–10kg over the course of a 3-week program. Those with more weight to lose may be prescribed a 6-week course. Our program promotes rapid fat loss, as well as reduction of weight long term!

How much weight can I lose?

Participants are estimated to lose about 400gms of fat daily, or between 2-4kg a week. Exact weight loss on the Ageless Weight Loss Program varies for each person and depends on age, sex and general health. Men often drop more weight than women, usually from around the tummy area.
